I am very pleased to provide feedback on HexaCorp services. At Trascent, we use HexaCorp as our IT managed service provider. This included Help Desk, End point mgt, Microsoft 365, Azure and Cyber Security operations. HexaCorp has been very responsive in responding to incidents and closing out tickets. HexaCorp has provided a lot of support and I will share some examples here. There is a problem with our AWS account (cloud storage) services S3 storage. Subash finds and identifies 33 TB of total storage size and reminds you that valid data size is only 11 TB, 22 TB of data should be garbage, called incomplete multipart upload files (MPU), the file format is usually unknown and encrypted. Delete by AWS S3 lifecycle policy. The files are not a raw file format, they are called chunks files, so 22 TB of junk files were stored in your AWS account and we paid unnecessary data cost. As suggested by Subhash, he cleaned up the incomplete multipart upload file and saved us $563.20 in billing costs. Subash provided a technician for the O365 mail backup process. We need to backup 65 users which is approximately 400GB in size and is completed in a week, guiding us to organize a proper backup process. Thanks for the 24/7 support, it really made an impact as we could contact you anytime based on our concerns. HexaCorp is very flexible to our location based on requirements. We have been using your services for 3 years and have not felt any disappointment. Thanks to Subhash, Venkat, Arvind, Sandhya, one of my best supporting teams. Kindly note that we have completed the enhancement of the CEO-CFO checklist, which includes improvements to the UI , workflow and most importantly the incorporation of AI features to precisely summarise the country-wise checklist by identifying materiality and impact. Attached sample for report for your review This will be a significant improvement, as earlier we used the CEO CFO checklist only for information collection. With this enhancement and AI integration, we will be able to automate the entire process from report gathering to reporting. We will closely monitor the process during the Q2 submission and we still have the opportunity to incorporate any changes you may require.
