Project Synopsis

HexaCorp successfully migrated a mid-sized global organization from an aging on-premises Exchange Server to Microsoft 365, enhancing their communication, collaboration, and security capabilities. This migration addressed performance issues, reduced infrastructure costs, and provided a scalable, cloud-based solution tailored to meet the client’s evolving needs. The project included the migration of 500 users, implementation of advanced security measures, and a seamless transition to a fully cloud-based email system, Microsoft Exchange Online.

The Challenge

The on-premises Exchange Server was aging, leading to performance and security concerns.

The Solution

HexaCorp migrated mailboxes, calendars, and contacts to Exchange Online in batches, using Azure Active Directory for user authentication.

Decommissioned the on-premises Exchange Server and optimized the environment to ensure a smooth and secure transition.
