The client partnered with HexaCorp to modernize its contract review and compliance process using LegalPRO, an enterprise AI-powered solution accelerator.The objective was to reduce manual contract review effort, enforce consistent legal standards, and improve visibility into contractual risks, without disrupting existing legal workflows or compliance requirements. LegalPRO was deployed to automate agreement comparison, rule-based validation, redlining, and executive summarization across high-volume contracts.
