The goal was to expand its functionalities to include Employee Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Payroll Management, and more, while ensuring seamless integration with existing HR and accounting systems.

• • Migrating to Dev Express presented difficulties in generating reports.
  • The initial solution using JsPdf in .NET could not automate employee paystub reports, causing delays.
  • The need to develop a new payroll system and complete the migration of 155 screens within a limited timeframe added pressure.
  • Ensuring smooth data transition and integration with existing HR and accounting systems were complex.

• We switched to Node.js as the runtime environment, which enabled successful automation of report generation and resolved the limitations of using JsPdf in .NET.
• By adhering to the client’s AGILE methodology, we maintained consistent weekly deliverables, allowing for rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• We developed and integrated six core modules, including Time and Attendance, Project and Job Management, and HR modules, while ensuring accurate data migration and system integration.
