The client had inefficiencies and potential data integrity issues with manual data entry processes.
Employees were entering data manually, which was then stored in disparate locations, leading to inconsistent data backups and difficulties in data retrieval. Additionally, there was no streamlined method for printing the entered data, complicating routine tasks that required hard copies.

• We created state worksheets maintained in the flow separately to store backup data in HTML format.
• This ensured that all data had a standardized backup format, making it easier to manage and retrieve.
• Using Power Apps, we developed an intuitive interface for employees to enter data manually.  
• This application ensured data was captured consistently and accurately.
• The data entered through Power Apps was automatically stored in a SharePoint list.
