HexaCorp took on the task of assisting the Pharma company streamline the approval and collecting of monthly finance compliance data. We provided the client with effective data management and business continuity by designing browser-based forms, utilising SharePoint and Nintex workflows, and building custom web services.

The client’s critical challenges and problem statements are:

• Relying on Excel files for the Sales team’s monthly finance compliance data, with approvals managed via emails.
• The existing procedure was complex and lacked centralized data access.
• Sales managers were required to fill out forms each month, necessitating multiple levels of approval depending on discount and payment terms.

• Development of Web-Based Forms: Created browser-accessible forms using InfoPath to simplify the collection process for monthly finance compliance data from the Sales team.
• SharePoint Integration for Centralized Data: Stored all collected data on a SharePoint site to provide a unified and accessible repository.
• Automation of Approval Workflows: Developed Nintex workflows to automate the multi-level approval process, reducing manual intervention and errors.
