The client faced significant challenges with their user registration process. Initially, users had to manually enter their details into a registration form, which was cumbersome and time-consuming. Managing and maintaining this information was equally hectic, and the absence of a consolidated dashboard made it difficult to access and manage user details and statuses efficiently. The client needed a streamlined solution to enhance the user experience and improve operational efficiency.
