The client utilized a manual entry Request Form within Power Apps, which users filled out to submit
their details. This process was implemented on a classical SharePoint site, which was outdated and
inefficient. The approval process for requests was cumbersome, and data handling within the account 
directory lacked automation, resulting in delays and potential errors.
