Throughout the year, patients may experience numerous changes that impact their overall health and

During routine well visits, sick visits, or annual physicals, providers often have limited time to address issues beyond the primary reason for the visit. The client needed a comprehensive dashboard to monitor their Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) records and
identify lost revenue opportunities.
