The client faced challenges as Contact Center applications were running in legacy technologies. ​​They wanted to eliminate manual processes and  physical signatures. But they need a solution to fix these issues. We were chosen to analyze and fix the situation. 

The Solution

Implementing DocuSign Automating the Process 

Our team analyzed the challenges of our client and came up with a solution to Use Power Apps to redesign the Contract Center Applications by managing the entire process using Power Automate. Digital signature capture and approvals were achieved via DocuSign connectors. ​
